Copyright Policy

Last updated:

SA SIMPLE CODE LTD respects intellectual property rights and expects everyone who uses Simple CRM to do the same. This policy explains how to report content in the Service that you believe infringes your copyright, and what we do when we receive a report. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Most content in Simple CRM is private to the customer's workspace. Reports usually concern content that a customer has made public, such as a public form or a shared link.

1. Reporting infringement

Send a written notice to simplecodesa+abuse@gmail.com with the subject line "Copyright notice". It must include:

  1. your name, address, phone number and email address;
  2. a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
  3. the exact location of the infringing material, such as a link to the public form or shared item;
  4. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  5. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them;
  6. your physical or electronic signature.

We may not be able to act on a notice that is incomplete. If you knowingly misrepresent that material infringes, you may be liable for damages.

2. What we do

When we receive a valid notice, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to the material. We will tell the customer whose content it is, and send them a copy of the notice, with your contact details removed where the law allows.

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, or that you have the right to use it, send a counter-notice to simplecodesa+abuse@gmail.com. It must include:

  1. your name, address, phone number and email address;
  2. a description of the material that was removed and where it was before;
  3. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  4. your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live, or of the courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel if you live elsewhere, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice;
  5. your physical or electronic signature.

We will forward the counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material.

4. Repeat infringers

We will end the accounts of users who infringe others' rights repeatedly, where appropriate.
